My name is Frauke van den Bogaard. It’s my passion to create beautiful and delicious dishes. Have a look at my food, my creations, my art and feel free to contact me to see how I can contribute

What can I do for you?

I love to cook on retreats and to teach about creative and colourful cooking.  As a chef specialized in alternative cooking  I adapt to any plantbased or vegetarian dietary wishes. Based in the Netherlands I love to travel to both Dutch- and foreign retreat centers and venues.
